One person, one account - creating multiple accounts to manipulate votes or content is prohibited

User Profiles
You may create a public profile with your name, photo, location, and professional information

You grant Hey Wav permission to display your profile information on the platform
You may update or delete your profile information at any time through account settings
3. User-Generated Content
Voting & Product Rankings
Votes must reflect your genuine opinion of products
Vote manipulation, including creating fake accounts, coordinating votes, or using bots, is strictly prohibited
We may remove or invalidate votes that appear fraudulent
Each user may vote once per product (either upvote or downvote)
Comments & Reviews
Comments must be relevant, respectful, and based on genuine experience or knowledge
Spam, promotional content, and off-topic discussions are prohibited
No harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or discriminatory content
Reviews should focus on products, not people or companies
Disclosure: If you have an affiliation with a product (employee, paid reviewer, etc.), you must disclose it
"Used By" Contributions
When sharing how you use a product, provide accurate information about your role and usage
False or misleading information about professional credentials is prohibited
You may add yourself to up to 5 different usage categories per product
Collections
You may create public or private collections of products
Public collections are visible to all users and may appear in search results
Collection names and descriptions must follow our community guidelines
Product Submissions
Users may submit products for inclusion in Hey Wav Radar
Submissions are subject to moderation and approval
You must have the right to submit product information and images
Provide accurate, complete information about products
Product submissions must include proper attribution and source links
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to content you submit (comments, reviews, photos, etc.)
By submitting content, you grant Hey Wav a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform
This license continues even if you delete your account, for content that has been shared or redistributed
You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license
Product Information & Trademarks
Product names, logos, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners
Hey Wav uses product information under fair use for informational and review purposes
If you are a product owner and want to claim or update your product listing, contact us
Hey Wav Platform
The Hey Wav platform, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Hey Wav
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission
Scraping, data mining, or automated access without permission is prohibited
5. Community Guidelines
Expected Behavior

Prohibited Conduct

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination

Service Availability
